[Resolved] Madhur Courier — Product is not delivered since last 12 days

Date of Incident - 14/03/2022 C. No. :- P[protected] My product is delivered to my location. Since last 7 days it is showing that it has disptached from Nagpur but until now it is not received at Jalgaon. I had contacted Nagpur executive, he says it has been dispatched from nagpur and jalgaon executive said if he receive the product he will deliver. I am not able to find out my product exact location. Mar 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After several try to contact them, i am to get the product location and now it has been reached. Madhur Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear Sir,

Consignment number by Madhur Courier Services [protected] received at Madhur Courier Kolkata office at Madhur Courier Services 5, Munshi Saddaruddin Lane Munshi Chatta Near Afreen Plaza Hotel, Opposite Mahajati Sadan, Barrabazar Area, Kolkata on dated 27.08.2022 but not delivered to Heritage Health TPA insurance office at Nicco House 5th floor, 2 Hare street, Kolkata pincode 700001 India, till date. Agent at Kolkata Office Mr. Rajkumar mobile number [protected] using arrogant language and telling lies. Also saying that he will or will not deliver the parcel as per his wish. Please suggest him and do the needful. Thanking you.
