Madhya Gujarat Vij Company [Mgvcl] — continuous power cuts in mani nagar, and not giving telephonic reply

Dear sir
There is no continuous power cuts especially in mani nagar society bodeli division.
We are keep on hearing the same reply from public that there is a repair since 2 months before.
It is not acceptable from public if power cuts happened in night times.
We tried twice for land line number but not lifted
Kindly send higher authorities and do needful for public during this lockdown period.
