Madhya Gujarat Vij Company [Mgvcl] — electricity cut without any information $ not getting positive answer on phone

We facing problem in rural at varnama village mgvvl not providing any information about supply cut, in city information come in news papers in advance about supply cut then why not for rural? Rural customer are not paying bill. We are calling at jambuva even to parmar sir [protected] but not getting positive reply, many of times not lifting call. Plz solve the matter
