Madhya Gujarat Vij Company [Mgvcl] — frequent power failures, voltage fluctuation from r v desai road side supply

My consumer no. Is [protected] and am senior citizen. I had lodged a complaint no.5734227 on[protected] which still remains unresolved by sdo, baranpura sub-division, vadodara. Due to frequent power failure and high voltage fluctuations we face lot of hardship in this old-age. A mgvcl pole in front of our premises has two supply coming from opposite directions out of which supply from vithal society side appears stable and failure are minimal. Mgvcl-baranpura office had informed that change of supply source is not possible for the reasons not known. There is always a solution to every problem. My neighbour wing. Cdr c k chitale also has registered a similar complaint in june 2020 which also is not resolved.
