On the night of 25/7/21, we saw a loadshading. However it was a trip due to short circuit in my fridge. Today morning when the frigdge mechanic came, he noticed high voltage to the tune of 290 to 300 volts. Immediately I called up MGVCL vasna office. They took my details and informed that they would look into it. But after 3 hours nothing happened. We again checked the voltage, it is in the tune of 260 volts. Because of supply volarge, my fridge has short circuit and I incured a cost of 4000 Rs in repairing.
It is requested to MGVCL to look into the matter and sort out the issue. Also compensate for the loses.
