Madhya Gujarat Vij Company [Mgvcl] — Power cut very poor service

This is my 5th complint. I am from mehlav. Ta:petlad dis+ anand, and we belongs to sojitra mgvcl.
There is so poor service from mgvcl. Every time ur service is under maintanace. No any respocible to take responsibility. Sojitra office number is always busy. Your appointed person wireman is not receiving call or done proper work. Even i complint this many times but situation is still bad.
Government announced 24 hour electricity but in our village ther is no single day without powercut. And when just rain started exectly that time power cut. Always we suffering this.
This time i also not pay bill on time because if you are not giving service properly u dont have right to take payment on time to time.
