We paid MGVCL bill by cash + two net banking transaction one after another due to Fails Due to Saturday we cannot track through bank & 24 he's settle time..After we Applied refund request online to MGVCL and also submit bank details for refund at gotri division office.After one week MGVCL close the online complain without Resolution, no refund still credited in our account.Customer call us to force close the complain without attending the resolution.
