Power is not available in Handod village since last 6 days. Tal miyagam karjan dist vadodara.

Its about 2 o clock
At night repeatly there is power cut off .. no one is finding the solution of this problem .. reapeated problem with indrapuri division .. a person needs to go for work in morning .. issue is disturbing my health ..no area in vadodara is facing such issue but area under indrapuri division is facing such issue i dnt knw y ?? Does the engineer doesnt knw y such problem is occuring repeated ??

માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી, આપ શ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે અમારા એપાર્ટમેન્ટ નીચે આવેલ ટીસી વારંવાર સ્પાર્ક કરતુ છે, જેના કારણે અવારનવાર લાઈટ આવ-જાવક થતી રહે છે. હાલ માં તારીખ ૧૮-૦૫-૨૧ નાં રોજ તેમાં જોરદાર સ્પાર્ક થયેલ જેના લીધે પાર્કિંગ માં રહેલ વાહનો તેમજ આસપાસ રહેલ વ્યક્તિઓ ભયજનક સ્થિતિ માં મુકાયેલ. ઘટના અગાઉ પણ સ્પાર્ક અંગે ઘણી વાર ફરિયાદ કરેલ છે. આસપાસ નાં રહીસો નાં કહેવા મુજબ ટીસી નો ફ્યુસ નાખવા ને બદલે મરામ્મત સમયે ટીસી ડાયરેક્ટ કરીને પાવર આપી દેવા માં આવે છે જેના કારણે અવાર નવાર સ્પાર્ક ની ઘટનાઓ બને છે તેમજ ઘરના ઇલેક્ટ્રિક ઉપકરણો ને નુકશાન પહોંચે છે . આપ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે ચોમાસા પહેલા અમારા નજીક નાં ટીસી ને યોગ્ય રીતે રીપેર કરાવી આપસો કે જેથી કોઈ રાહદારી કે નજીક માં રહેતા લોકો ને અગવડ ના પડે.

We have a power intruption in our area from last 5hrs.i have registered the complainant through phone but no one has attend it after 5hrs.
So finally visited the MGVCL office in Halol but didn't get satisfactory answer. The behaviour of the concern person was very rude.

Low voltage complaint submitted 4 hrs ago, still no response.

I wsh to draw your kind and urgent attention that inspite of registering telephonic complaint from my mobile number [protected] against above subject with MGVCL Lalbaugh, Pratapnagar, Vadodara today 4PM, its not resolved till now.

The single phase, 230V AC connection coming from electrical pole wire of MGVCL is not showing live phase, when checked via tester. Pls urgently help resolve problem as we are facing huge problem due to non availability of electricity at our home / residence address- 27, Vimal Society, Opposite ONGC COLONY, PRATAPNAGAR, Vadodara-390009. We are further losing solar generation of 5MW roof top solar installed at our home on account of this too.

Today on 18th, May, 2021 Since 11.00 AM morning there is no power in our area Aamir duplex. Gulistan society, Tabassum park and nearby areas of Tandalja road socities
When try to call on complaint number there is no any response on phone as they keep receiver aside.
Now evening 08.00PM and we are without power.
This we are complaining online as we are helpless because no any other communication system to contact.
Kindly do the needful so we can take rest peacefully during the night.

I am writing this letter to bring your last invoice for the month of April 20201 from your side contains some errors that mentioned below. I request you to look into the issue and resolve it by a sending a revised invoice for the same.

In this invoice total is Rs. 80457.09/- but actual total of Sr no 1 to 10 is Rs. 71457.09/-

Kindly request you to correct the bill and issue a fresh bill for the April month. Otherwise, please adjust the access amount to be paid by us for the current wrong bill amount in the next month's bill amount.

Every bill of mine is consumed not more than 200 units.but this time it's 844 unit for march- april bill.that is next to impossible so please check my meter

There have been frequent power cuts in vip road karelibaug area since last 15 days with power being cut during any time of the day/night (5-6 times a day). With people working from home and summer at its peak it is very difficult to mange.

Although GEB OFFICE Santraithpur is often written and verbal, the last year comes to fill the light bill last year. Do not give DP or not to give a regricture meter. Sir,
The three phase main supply line to my residence is directed from an electric pole 15-20 metres away and is passing through my neighbours compound. This live wire since it is hanging poses a safety hazard.
My request is to kindly arrange provide a permanent support to this live cable so as to avoid any mishap arising out of this hanging cable.

We paid MGVCL bill by cash + two net banking transaction one after another due to Fails Due to Saturday we cannot track through bank & 24 he's settle time..After we Applied refund request online to MGVCL and also submit bank details for refund at gotri division office.After one week MGVCL close the online complain without Resolution, no refund still credited in our account.Customer call us to force close the complain without attending the...

MGVCL, GOTRI.We pay bill by SBI net banking on next day of bill date & not paid to mgvcl by bank & back to bank on 8the day.Due to this connection person intimate us to disconnect, we check & pay immediately pay bill by net banking which not shown by server hence another transaction done which show same result hence next day we pay cash payment in morning.Then afternoon we recd bank successful payment status both.But MGVCL website show us one bill amount.we raise email, call customer care for refund.It Will take two month said by c.care, kindly request to do needful for excess amount refund.

I dinesh babu bachina residing at 22 chaitanya vihar society near alkapuri society anand has lodged a complaint twice on 10022021 on toll free number[protected] regarding no electric supply to my house at 7:00pm and 8:00 pm respectively
And i was told that it will be resolved on next working day i.e 11022021 morning as there is no concerned person is available at night on next day i.e[protected] no person come to resolve the issue...
