I had already paid my light bill through online transaction i had not got payment receipt. They only show payment status success not mentioned my payment reference number. And my money already cut on that day then how i know that my payment done? But my money was cut
For that i also called using helpline number but they not give any solution even they didn't talk with me. I had also sent mail about this but still not reply from them
