Display not wkg. In bill when came for meter reading in green light number not saw. This is two or three times that why average bill come. Please do need full.

I am complaining on the behalf of all students of gmers gotri medical college. There has been power cut today since 2:00 pm and electricity has not been back yet.

Such things are happening frequently and no one takes any intrest to look into the matter. We face a lot of problems when there is no electricity for most of day and have exams the other day.
Please solve as soon as possible.

It has come to our notice that, mostly electrical poles especially for road lights are found to be of metal and causing the electrical hazard during the rainy season. Those potential threat for accident related to short circuiting, and i have experienced the one during this rainy season, luckily i was able save myself. I am sure mgvcl must be hearing this kind of incidences on routine basis.

I urge mgvcl to cover the electrical pole with pvc piping which provides the insulation and save someones life.

Especially near the school area, coaching centers, children play area, mgvcl need to explore pvc covering on immediate basis, as electrocution is highly potentially safety hazard for children.

Also i urge mgvcl to run the awareness campaign regarding this subject.

I am sure mgvcl will consider my complaint with utmost sincerity and will take action on it to keep the children and people safe during rainy season.

Hello,
Since a year we're facing a frequently low voltage issue in our society and we've complained about it in our mgvcl office. But, we haven't got any result.

Because of this issue, our electronic items getting faults, and we have to face repair cost each time. Even most of the time ceiling fan rotation is getting slow it isn't because of fan performance. We have purchased a new one also and it is having the same issue, then this issue has been highlighted society meeting and everyone getting these issues.

We are paying regular bills but we're not getting the worthy service from your side.

Please look the matter and revert me back.

I am a resident of newly constructed building "synnove palladium", in bhayli area. My new meter is installed since last 2 days but supply is not started. Meter also installed after so many reminders and follow up after 1 month and now when meter is installed, supply has not started. Your officr mr. Kadia is not giving positive response and is very irresponsible in dealing with customer concerns. Kindly do the needful and get the supply by today.

Mgvl, we do not expect such type of poor service.

Mgvcl conduct junior assistant exam but exam was cancelled.

1. For exam first time i was pay online amount rs. 505 on dated 30.10.2017 time 20:26:25 payment successful and amount deducted to my bank account but mgvcl side payment decline still not refund amount rs. 505.
I was complain on bank of baroda bank regarding this issue also noted a * *
- first complain 31.10.2017 (Complain no.[protected]
- second complain bob bank dated on 29.12.2017 (Spgrs complain no. :- 302698)
- third complain through bob bank branch through (Complain id :[protected]

After that all complain conclusion of bank said that our side payment successful but merchant side payment decline.

2. Second time i was applied for exam junior assistant amount rs. 505 on dated 30.10.2017 time 20:29:37 this time payment successful (Name :- siddhi shah & my application id: mg[protected], online reference/challan/journal number jsp[protected]) but mgvcl was declared the exam was cancelled but cancel exam fees was still not refund.

I was so many calls & emails but still not received amount rs. 1010 for your reference document attached here.

Today 30/4/18 a man came from mgvcl to cutt down the electric supply of my house which is on plot 110 and 111 (Both are my plots). The man claimed that bill of plot no. 111 is pending which was registered at the name of my neighbor ambalal c fulmali. How is this possible? He was going to cutt down our electric supply rather than to cutt them. I just want to claim this act as a fraud and want to sort out this problem by removing there registered address as it belongs to mine.

Shah deputy manager he told to pay rd.60000 as penalty. Sir i have given my office hall on rent to mr. Shailesh shah so he is pay the bill so why i do any malpractice in mitre? My income is of rent i have rd.15000medicine expenses every month

There is unnecessary power cut in madhunagar, gorwa area in mid night.
Small kids and senior citizens suffers a lot due to mosquitos and this mid night power cut. Whenever we call customer care number, it's always busy or not answered. There is no one to solve our problems.
Plz stop.such power cuts in summer

Our billing is a manual not a computerized schedule sheet. My problems in vidhyut charge as per geb 0.25 * used unit. My total used unit 574 means my vidhyut charge.25 * 574 = 143.51/- but his mansion in bill rs 994.61/- how to calculate it. My bill schedule mansion here.
Fixed charge 500 (My load 5 k. W) but as per law my fixed charge 50 * 5 = 250/-
Energy charge rs 2490/- (4.35/- * 574) ok
Fueal charge rs. 981.84 (1.71/-*574) ok
Miter charge rs. 20/-
Wrongly charge in vidhyut charge in this bill and fixed charge wrongly in previous all bill.

I have made online payment of rs. 3600 on 23.09.2017 vide transaction id axistxn2071964 through using axis bank online platform. Wherein erroneously entered consumer no. [protected] instead of my actual consumer no. [protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but till date has not received any refund of the same or give credit to original consumer number. Request you to look in to the matter and refund the same amount.
Here it may be noted that i have already made payment of rs. 3600/- on 23.09.2017 capturing original consumer no. [protected] vide transaction id axistxn2071976
