We facing problem in rural at varnama village mgvvl not providing any information about supply cut, in city information come in news papers in advance about supply cut then why not for rural? Rural customer are not paying bill. We are calling at jambuva even to parmar sir [protected] but not getting positive reply, many of times not lifting call. Plz solve the matter...

Dear sir, why you are giving 2 months combines bill? We are residents people and basically our unit charge are 200-400, so i paid only per unit amount charge 4.15, now you are counting only one month 250 unit and charge apply per unit 4.15 so i payable amount is 1037, now combines two months, payable amount is 2125. The different between two amounts are 51. Why we are giving extra money?...

Our billing is a manual not a computerized schedule sheet. My problems in vidhyut charge as per geb 0.25 * used unit. My total used unit 574 means my vidhyut charge.25 * 574 = 143.51/- but his mansion in bill rs 994.61/- how to calculate it. My bill schedule mansion here.

I have logged complaint no. 4337629 one month back in mgvcl portal to correct my surname in billing address as per my aadhar card and pan card. Evidence was already submitted to them. But since no any action taken by mgvcl team. No reason and no reply given for the delay even though 2 time given reminder to them. In our street there is one iron pole which is cut by local mgvcl before approx one year. The pole is very obstacles for street locality since they cut it. I have complaint three times at local office, one time at the main office mgvcl. But there is not any action taken yet.

Applied for Vidhyut sahayak Junior Assistant and paid fees also. I am having also the proofs of fees submission but they are rejecting the application by saying that I have not submitted the form. How can it be possible they have rejected about 11, 000 application saying this. In our factory area mgvcl's employee cutting huge and well growing tree on weekly off day without company's permission. As i knew tree destroy is a crime and it is also affect to our global worming. This tree was standing from last 35 years. And if tree harming to electric cable then cut only that part of tree only why should they cut whole tree..
