I ordered the book "Connectography"(Order Reference NR-014952 - placed on 06/12/2019) from the above mentioned site and I paid to it through Paytm and I got confirmation text message and e-mail to that effect. But even after so many days it was not delivered. Upon inspection, i found out they didn't provide tracking id or estimated arrival. So I contacted them through e-mail (since there was no mention of contact number on the website) and they replied that it was out of stock. So I asked them for refund on 26th June 2019 but there was no reply whatsoever. I felt cheated. I am a regular online shopper and this was the first such instance with me.
