My name is Vinod Singh, and I recently placed an order for the Self-Help Books (Big Box Combo of 16 Books) with the reference number BKDPSBU_[protected] order number NR-097139 -placed10/31/2023 through madrasshoppe.com . I have already raised complaint with madrasshoppe.com on 21/11/2023, 22Nov, 23, Nov, 24 November .

Upon opening the package, I discovered that only 15 books were included in the shipment. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the selection of books, as four of them are duplicates. The duplicated titles are "Think Like a Monk, " "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a [censored], " "Atomic Habits, " and "The Psychology of Money."

Unfortunately, the following books were missing from the shipment:

Life's Amazing Secrets: How to Find Balance and Purpose in Your Life
12 Rules of Life
WHO WILL CRY WHEN YOU DIE
The Alchemist
Furthermore, it appears that one book is entirely missing from the order.

Till date there has been no acknowledgement or revert to my email to madrasshoppe.com

I ordered a book (Order reference: NR-096269) on 16th of October 2023 paying the entire amount, i.e., INR 599 via Paytm. I am yet to receive the ordered item. There is no status update regarding the order on the https://www.madrasshoppe.com/order-history website. It only says "Payment Received" no information regarding Invoice or dispatch (Screenshot attached).
On 26th of October 2023, I sent an email to the support Email address i.e., [protected]@madrasshoppe.com, asking about the status of my order and the estimated delivery date, but unfortunately there hasn't been any response forthcoming.
I would like a complete refund of the paid amount i.e., INR 599.

There are so many complaints about this company that I wonder why it is still running and no action has been taken.
I have placed an order on Order Reference NR-081261 - placed on 12/31/2022.
Book cost is 899.00 not delivered. It has been more than a month, no response and not picking the call.

I ordered the bookset Malory towers worth Rs 1950 on 23may. Madrasshoppe did not deliver the bookset and are not refunding the money. I even complained through National Consumer helpline but they are even ignoring them.

I have placed order at 20th November and then they are not shipping product even afetr 18 days of order placed. Then lots of followup they cancelled order due to product not available on 7th December. Today 17 December but till now they have not refunded or even no any update.
Please suggest me what should I do for the same.

They have opened this website only to collect money but do not delvier anything.

Paid 399 INR gpay.
Item cancelled on 4.9.2021 by seller.
4-7day refund policy.
Recieved no refund or reply for emails.
Website has no address or phone number.

I was so scared that I would getting the order or not then finally I received my order I was soo happy with the quality of the book.

I order 3 copy of a book - order nr-020686, but only two copies of the books were delivered. I made a video of opening up the package, and shared the same with madrasshoppe. They agreed to send the third copy but it is not more than a month they have not shipped the third book.

I am feeling cheated and will never order anything from this company. They do not even have a phone number to call.

I ordered the book "Connectography"(Order Reference NR-014952 - placed on 06/12/2019) from the above mentioned site and I paid to it through Paytm and I got confirmation text message and e-mail to that effect. But even after so many days it was not delivered. Upon inspection, i found out they didn't provide tracking id or estimated arrival.
So I contacted them through e-mail (since there was no mention of contact number on the website) and they replied that it was out of stock. So I asked them for refund on 26th June 2019 but there was no reply whatsoever. I felt cheated.
I am a regular online shopper and this was the first such instance with me.
I hope that you will look into this and address my problem..
