[Resolved] Madrasshoppe — Order paid for- product not delivered | |||||
I had placed an order for ACS (I) textbook of cutaneous and aesthetic surgery on www.madrasshoppe.com on 14/02/2022 at 5:35 pm costing 7495/-. After making the payment, i got a confirmation email, but since then there is no further update about the order. They do not reply to email or messages sent on website and never pick up the phone ([protected]/[protected]). There is no option to cancel the order on their website. They do not revert to any messages quickly, sometimes take days and only partial replies. I filed a dispute on my credit card transaction thru SBI bank. Probably it helped in some way as i received the books after 5 weeks from the date of purchase (after lots of trouble). The books had the corners slightly damaged and even taped up, but otherwise okay. | |||||
