Dear sir ., i ordered a bulk nursing books for student, still i not received more than a year . they ask me to wait, we will refunded your amount till now not received . they are not responding, .

When i tried to contact there customer support i am not getting proper response from them, they have share speed post details which is not correct and not showing my address, i am afraid of this is any kind of fraud. I tried to cancel my order but there is no option of cancellation, please suggest further steps to get my amount back.this is so frustrating.

They much time to deliver the parcel aprrox 10 days and not delivered yet
And I also told him his what'sapp query no but they didn't reply
I want to take action against this inappropriate behaviour and refund my money...

I ordered Harry Potter Box Set: The Complete Collection (Set of 7 Volumes). They quoted delivery date was within 1 week. My order no NR-093627 was placed on 28th August 2023 and the order is still showing processing. I did contact the helpline no but they aren't responding to any of my messages. Also there is no option for cancellation....

I ordered a book from there website on 29/07/2023. It's been 10 days there is no update on WhatsApp not they are replying to my mails. I have already paid for my order. My order number is NR-092373. I want a refund for my order.

I ordered a book on 22th july On madrasshope.com but since 3 weeks i have not received any news regarding My order.please check.

Please note, although with delay i have received the ordered book. Hence i withdraw my complaint.

29th June the order was placed.. after writing a number of e-mails it replied the product was out of stock and waiting for the seller's approval.. it's 13th July..neither I got my order nor did they even communicate regarding the update..

Am ordered a book with prepay of cash. For at least 3 or 4 days there were no updates on the order I placed, then they said my order is shipped and the consignment number will be updated within 48 hours, which never happened for the next 2 weeks. Finally, I got fed up with this kind of irresponsible action and called them they even not picked up the phone calls that I made. Even though all this happens I gave them 2 or 3 days grace time till they didn't deliver the goods. Finally, I decided to handle the order. There is no respect, accountability or concern about their work or towards customer.

Madras shoppe is not providing shipment of books even after 10 days of payment. No response on WhatsApp no. I think it is a fraud website.

I was worried about my refund were we are waiting for a week time.then automatically refund credited in my Paytm wallet.

I placed an order for a book with Order Reference NR-085642 - placed on 03/19/2023 with prepaid payment of ₹544/-. But there is no response from company. I had contacted them through their email and whatsapp chat support. But they aren't replying. Since they didn't ship the item after these much days (till today @ 04/04/2023). I demand cancellation of order and full refund of my payment.
