[Resolved] Madrasshoppe — Online prepaid order for books not fulfilled

I had placed an order Order Reference NR-063041 - placed on 30/01/2022 for two books but I received only one book on 05 Feb 22.
Since then I've raised several complaints on their website and sent emails on their support mail ID but there has been no response. There is no contact number published for customer complaints.
This company appears to be a dubious one and needs to be barred from operating.

No action has been taken to resolve the complaint. I wonder how it is show as resolved. My complaint is UNRESOLVED
