Myself Sarada Prasad Barik, I have completed MBA(operations and Project Management) course through distance education in year 2018. My registration number is 16CS[protected]. I have got only the marklist and provisional certificate till date. Kindly let me know the procedure to get the convocation certificate, I dont have have the course completion certificate also. Kindly forward me the details how can i get the course completion certificate and convocation certificate including its fees. I have tried to call the university on number available on website, but most of the number is not reachable and no one is receiving the calls.

I have completed my M.Sc in chemistry in 2018.
I have seen my results on website on november 2018, but still I have not received any of the documents like marksheet, degree certificate, etc.
