Madurai Kamaraj University — provisional certificate and convocation certificate not received

Hi sir, i completed my b. A history from madurai kamaraj university in the year 1999 during some personal reason, i could not collect my convocation and provisional certificate from mku because i was out of city. After few months, i tried to call the mku, i tried several times to call university, without any result, i came to know that to get convocation i have to first apply for provisional, with dd and necessary docs. Then i followed the same process and couriered the docs with draft to registrar, madurai kamaraj university, but still i have not recd any reply. Please help me on this regard, as i need my convocation my current employer is asking about this several times, otherwise i will loose a best oppertunity.

Hi sir, i completed my B.Com from madurai kamaraj university in the year 2002 during some personal reason, i could not collect my convocation and transfer certificate, migration certificate from MKU because i was out of city. convocation, transfer certificate, , migration certificate i did not collect please let me know the procedure how to apply and get them in a week because i have i appiled for LLB at hyderabad.But these people are not giving me admission without transfer certificate, i kindly request you to guide me to get those certificates in another week 2nd web counselling is starting before that i should have all the necesary certificates.i will be very greatful and thankful if you help me in getting the certificates as soon as possible, i even took the DD to join the college but they have rejected, i am really very upset, my life aim is to become lawyer, if you could please help me i wont forget your help in my life time.(please check the images i attached)
