Madurai Pandian Travels — Regarding bus travel

Hi all,

We travelled in Madurai Pandian travels fro m Madurai to Chennai on 24th, july. The fare was about 850 per head. Inthe website it displayed as A/C sleeper.

When we got into bus, the bus quality was very very poor. There is not at all A/C, and it was very much suffocating. Most of the children were cried through out the night.
We complained to the conductor, but no use.

There is no open window and atlast they opened the small opening in the top of the bus in order to reduce the suffocation. The bus s not at all worth for the money.

I request the readers to think a lot before selecting this travel. If possible please raise complaint against the travel agency. This is the bus no we traveled - py01 bm 5559.

Kindly do the needful before anybody wasting the money.
