Hi all,

We travelled in Madurai Pandian travels fro m Madurai to Chennai on 24th, july. The fare was about 850 per head. Inthe website it displayed as A/C sleeper.

When we got into bus, the bus quality was very very poor. There is not at all A/C, and it was very much suffocating. Most of the children were cried through out the night.
We complained to the conductor, but no use.

Dear sir, I had very bad experience today while travelling in a bus. Commitment given to me that the bus will start at 1.45pm and started at 3.30pm. Here main issue is that i am diabetic and got urgent urinal at 5.30pm and requested driver to stop the vehicle for 2 min urinal rest. But driver refused and that started using bad words. Pls educate the drivers to take care of customers during journey. Drivers must be humble to customers...

I booked ticket for my parents from Chennai To Madurai today(8/17) in Madurai Pandian travels via Paytm. The bus timing is 11.45 PM departure at Chrompet. We had been waiting for the bus to arrival in Chrompet since 11.30 PM to midnight 1'o clock. They are not attending any phone calls meanwhile and finally one guy attended and said "Bus is Cancelled".
