I booked ticket for my parents from Chennai To Madurai today(8/17) in Madurai Pandian travels via Paytm. The bus timing is 11.45 PM departure at Chrompet. We had been waiting for the bus to arrival in Chrompet since 11.30 PM to midnight 1'o clock. They are not attending any phone calls meanwhile and finally one guy attended and said "Bus is Cancelled". No more and other answers from that guy and no one is responding any more. It is their duty to inform if the bus is cancelled. They won't do and my old age parents are getting into trouble b'coz of their very worst attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very worst bus they don't known how keep up the time.I want to reach trichy 4.30 AM coming from chennai. But i reached trichy 6.30 AM. They why you are putting it will reach 4.30AM while reservation. The worst bus.
I booked a ticket from Chennai to madurai. From Koyembedu bus starts at 11.45 pm on 16th August and it reaches Alandur Metro station by 12.30 am on 17th August. But as per the message I received, bus booked time was 12.30 bam 16th of August. Idid not get any confirmation from any one regarding the bus arrival. I got the message and I was calling that number N number of times and the number was switched off. Then they waiting for getting the passengers for about an hour. As per the message this was a noon stop service. Again they waited for 45 minutes in Trichy. Scheduled Sunday in madurai was 8.30. now the time is 7.45 still the bus is in Trichy. Worst travels I never seen
The staff doesn't care about the travelers comfort and wont attend their issues. Initially they told me one price, after boarding and paying advance the charged me more.
