Maestro Edge — complaint against the service of the vehicle

I am kishan rupla chavan from yadgir. I have purchased maestro edge in 01/10/2016 and my scooty modaland number is hero motocorp maestro edge (Masadrvcc) ka-33-u-4198 and there was a problem in the starter of the vehical when i took to the servicing center in my hometown named sri venkatesh motors they said that they dont have the parts and later they said that they dont have mechanice available next battery problem as useual the same thing i got to here from them and now when my motor fan got stopped again they said the same thing and unnessarly they opened every parts i went on 27 april 2020 at10 am untill 6 pm my problem dint get solved and without mechanice they opened every parts and they where demanding unnesseraly charges and they where very rude everytime they are damaging some or the other parts. They gave a service card of 1000 rupees and they are telling its no use now 24/01/2020 its not even been 3 mothns i took the card and im getting to here its no use. I said im ready to pay the amount whatever it is but the manager was so rude and scold so badly infront of the owner and he said u complait wherever u want i will not repair your vehical every time im getting the same thing to here from them but untill now my problem have not resolved
I hope for the best that my problem will get resolved as soon as possible by taking my complaint seriously
