I am trying to submit an online request for the issue of my degree certificate from the online portal of the magadh university, bodh gaya i. There is an error in all the marksheets i have received from magadh university. The registration number has been printed incorrectly in all my marksheets. I have complained in the technical department of magadh university several times. I hace also filled their application for documents and paid the required amount. I have tried reaching mu office landline, exam controller mobile no available on the website. All the numbers are wrong. There is no way to contact them. They have just an option to churn money.

I Nayana Bhattacharya ex-student of Ganga Devi Mahila College Kankarbagh Patna-800020 (Magadh University. I complete graduation in[protected] now i works in medical devices company and require my certificate due to demand of my head office .
I visit in my college many times even today i do so but everybody says that (Ganga devi college do not provide certificate. If i require then i have to go gaya and do it my own) . which is next...

I applied online degree and mark sheet certificate on magadh university official website (https://magadhuniversity.ac.in/) on 05-aug-2019. But i didn't get any post till now. Please find the attached transaction document for your reference.

If you people have sent the certificate via post they provide me a tracking number. So i can track my post.
