I have passed the B.Sc examination in 1996. The session is 1992-95. It is more than 17 yrs, but still the university has not given the Graduation certificate, not even the provisional one. I have applied in university and paid Rs 500 through challan to get the certificate. But still no response at all.
If I don not submit the certificate, the company will fire me.
