I'm lodging this complaint to follow up on my recent request to receive my graduation degree certificate via post. I have completed the necessary payment of Rs 719.09 for this service.
Details of my transaction are as follows:

- Date of Payment: [28/06/2024]
- Date of Delivery of Certificate: [27/07/2024 - but I didn't receive my certificate]
Despite receiving confirmation that my transaction was successful, I have yet to receive my certificate. Additionally, I am unable to track my order status as it shows an invalid requester ID and registration number. Please provide an update on the status of my certificate and any further steps I need to take. As there is no contact number available on the website and getting no response on email as well.

I hope this message finds you well. As a recent BSc IT graduate eagerly awaiting the results of my Part 2 and 3rd Year examinations, I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the prolonged delay in releasing these results.

The delay has caused significant anxiety and uncertainty among myself and my fellow classmates, as we are unable to plan our future endeavors, such as pursuing higher education or seeking employment opportunities, without knowing our final academic standing.

I am santosh saurabh (Session 2014-17) student of admerit college western campus patna under magadh university bodhgaya. I had applied for my degree certificate on 27/08/2020 through the website. Till now date, there is no update regarding this. I have also try to contact the university through phone and email but unable to make any contact. So i m requesting you to please take relevant action. Because this degree certificate is very much important for my future.. For applying various form i need this certificate.
I am also attaching the slip which was generated at the time of applying.

नमस्कार सर
मेरा नाम नितीश कुमार है । मैं मगध यूनिवर्सिटी एस एन एस कॉलेज टिकरी का छात्र हूं।
हमारा नामांकन[protected] B.A में हुआ था। मेरा Hons पेपर Ancient history हैं। और रजिस्ट्रेशन और फॉर्म Ancient history से भरा गया लेकिन जब एडमिटकार्ड आया तो उसपर Hons Geography था। मेरा ही नहीं हमारे कॉलेज के जितने भी Ancient history के छात्र थे सबका Hons paper Admitcard पर Geography आया हुआ था। तो मैं प्रिंसिपल सर को बताए तो ओ बोले एग्जाम दे दो रिजल्ट Geography से हो जाएगा । एग्जाम के बाद बोल रहे हैं जो इंटरमीडिएट में साइंस से एग्जाम देता हैं उसे B.A में Geography Hons नहीं मिलता है । और मुझे दुबारा फॉर्म भर कर एग्जाम देने को कहा गया। परंतु घर से पैसा न मिलने के कारण एग्जाम नही दे पाए और मुझे पढ़ाई छोड़ना पड़ा । उसके बाद जो एमिशन के टाइम 12th का CLC दिए थे ओ वापस लेने के लिए ₹500 की मांग किया गया । प्रिंसिपल सर के पास बहुत रोने और गिड़गिड़ाने के बाद भी ₹400 लिया गया। अतः मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूं की मेरे साथ न्याय किया जाय और जो पैसा लागा हैं ओ वापस किया जाए।

Sir, Mera Nam Ravikant Kumar hai. Mai Bihar ke rehne wala hu. Mai Magadh University Bodhgaya Se Contituent college S.B.A.N college Darhatalari me padhta hu. Abhi filhal 08/12/2023 se Mukhyamantri kanya utthan Yojna ke Tahat Graduation pass Girls ko jo rashi di jati hai uska Online form fill hona start ho gaya. Iske registration ke liye Scholarship portal pe Part 3 ka marksheet update rehna chahiye pr Magadh University ne ek bhi Student ka marksheet update nhi kiya. Jbki Pahle hi iske regarding sare university ko notice bhej diya gaya tha. 31/12/2023 ko Form fill krne ka last date haiaur aaj 15/12/2023 tk kisi bhi Girls ka marksheet update nhi huaa. Bina update ke registration nhi kr skte. Please help me.

The current status of my scholarship is showing that it is pending for certificate varification at University level . Inspite of providing all neccessary document required @10:40am in the right offices, including bank challance of ₹350, staff and authority are delaying process unnecessarily. The authority and staff here are not student friendly. Unnecessarily inconvience is faced by me and other who are facing same case as me.
