1 have paid Rs 700 for delivering degree certificate to my office address while filling the the form its clearly indicated two address type one is home another is office address. I prefer to choose office address to deliver my degree certificate via registration no 44807 on dated 04/11/2021 after completing one month I don't have receive my degree certificate yet when I checked the status its indicated that please bring your original ID to collect your certificate. It's means that the breach of contract as university fail to performed promise to deliver the degree certificate to office address or the management may be not serious about their online services. I one again requested you to deliver my degree certificate to my office address within one month otherwise I have no other option to go higher authority

आप कैसे आपने आप शिकायत को बंद कर देते है जब मुझे उसका कोई समाधान मिला ही नहीं और न ही मुझे मेरे मेरा रुपया मिला |
मेरा शिकायत बंद करने से पहले मुझसे पूछ से की मुझे उसका समाधान मिला की नहीं फिर ही आप शिकायत को बंद करे |

not verified by University.

Sir, what is the reason? What should we do?

Mai Rani kumari hun aur maine magadh university ke S. K. M. V college, fatuha se 2019 me 1st div. se pass ki hun. Sir, aap narm nivedan hai ki maine snatak scholarship ke lia apply kia. Abhi sari process hone ke baad kai dino se apke university se result aur documents verification ka kaam Pending mai hai. Jiske karan mujhe is scholarship se milne wali rashi se mai vanchit hun. Aur mere kai dosto ye prapt bhi ho rahi hai.
Sir, aap se kindly request hai ki jo verification ka kam Pending para hai. Use jald se jald karne ki koshish kare. Iske liye mai sada aapki aabhari rahungi.

Sir, Mujhe aap se narm nivadan hai ki Graduation me 1st div. Pass hone ke bad bhi sarkar ki ur se milne wala 25, 000 se vanchit hai. Sir mera application me kanha problem hai . Use batne ki koshish kare, jises mai use dur kar sakungi aur application me aage process ho ske.
Sir, Apke university ke or se work ruka hai. Islia aap se anuradh hai ki jald se jald ise verification karne ka kasht kar. Iske lia mai sada apki aabhari rahungi🙏🙏

I applied for my degree certificate of B.Ed through mu.gsbihar.com and I paid the required fee of Rs. 700/ on 29.07.21 . The transaction id is [protected]. But I am very sorry to say that I haven't received the document till now. It's more than two and a half month but I didn't get any information about the same. They promised to send the document at my residence within a month's time.
It is my request to the concerned authorities to please help.
