I applied for my degree certificate of B.Ed through mu.gsbihar.com and I paid the required fee of Rs. 700/ on 29.07.21 . The transaction id is [protected]. But I am very sorry to say that I haven't received the document till now. It's more than two and a half month but I didn't get any information about the same. They promised to send the document at my residence within a month's time.
It is my request to the concerned authorities to please help.

I need the certificate on urgent basis. So please do something. I don't have any idea how much time will it take to resolve the problem.

    Dear Sir,

    I had applied for my graduation certificate through online process as indicated in Magadh University Website with Requester ID 33527. I had paid a fee of INR 700+Tax for getting the certificate to my home address. Also i had submitted all the necessary document via email on [protected]@gmail.com. It may be kindly noted that i had applied for the certificate on 19/03/2021 but till date i have not received any notification from the University.
    I request hereby to kindly send the certificate to my home address as mentioned in the application at earliest.

                I m persuing BEd[protected] from college which is affiliated by MU . As MU released 1st year result of session 2019-21 exam one month before, but my result was still pending nd there is no response and no information when will my result published.
                I am facing so much problem bcoz of this.
