Magadh University — Degree certificate dispatch

Dear sir,
i applied online for degree certificate but still i not get any update of my certificate tracking status.

University is making fool and try to collect money.
I have paid 700 to deliver certificate at home.
But still no update.
Management is fully poor and noone try to improve all are lazy and corrupted.
