I'm lodging this complaint to follow up on my recent request to receive my graduation degree certificate via post. I have completed the necessary payment of Rs 719.09 for this service.
Details of my transaction are as follows:

- Date of Payment: [28/06/2024]
- Date of Delivery of Certificate: [27/07/2024 - but I didn't receive my certificate]
Despite receiving confirmation that my transaction was successful, I have yet to receive my certificate. Additionally, I am unable to track my order status as it shows an invalid requester ID and registration number. Please provide an update on the status of my certificate and any further steps I need to take. As there is no contact number available on the website and getting no response on email as well.
