Magadh University — Regarding registration card and degree certificate

Sir i have paid Rs. 1600 for registration and degree certificates. they have told to dispatch the certificates within 7-8 days. but i didn't get the certificates yet. and they are also not responding. what should i do. i have to submit the certificates within no time. Pls help sir as soon as possible.
