Magarpatta City — Magarpatta mandatory card | |||
I am just tired of nonsense rules of Magarpatta city! First and foormost I would like to complaint on false practice of mandatorily having Magarpatta city CARD. Imagine this applied to all cities of India. You will have hadasar city CARD, Thane city CARD, Yerwada city CARD. I think this issue needs to be taken with Indian government that inspite of having Adhaar and Pan card these guys ask for Magarpatta city CARD!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I am staying in Magarpatta since past 10years.
Earlier the process for making citizenship card is very simple and charge only Rs. 200/- with police verification.
But now the process has changed, only to make money and harsh people.
Would really like to know who had made this process and why this is only applicable to tenants and not with owners...
I agree with Prashant, we have Hadasar city CARD, Thane city CARD, Yerwada city CARD.
And we should carry the prized "Magarpatta city CARD!!!" worth Rs.1000/-.
If Magarpatta citizen has created simple and worthy process which suits everyone pocket then all would have happy to follow all the process for making and holding the card.
Its a stupid process followed in Magarpatta.Ridiculous Magarpatta

The 1 star is for the experience i had in Magarpatta city.
This Magarpatta City card is a big scam i think. They are now taking Rs. 1000/- security deposit (hell don't understand what kind of security deposit is that) and Rs. 150/- as the charge for making this card. So now you first force us to get the security card, you then charge us for making that card for us and then you even ask for the security deposit and don't care to explain the reason for that.
Cherry on the Top: I left magarpatta (Finally) and went to security office for security deposit refund. I was asked for a deposit receipt, which i had received two year ago, and was not renewed on renewal of card. Now they are asking to give a written application for giving back my refund.
I asked them that will you ever provide card without deposit if not why are you asking for the receipt unnecessary fuss for the resident.
And these Security Guards are actually above POLICE.

Did u ever receive ur deposit? I am having the same issue. They are delaying and giving stupid reasons.
i was resident of magarpatta city, even i faced the same issue. they once stopped me at the gate, i was going to my flat to have lunch. then i had no option but to make the magarpatta citizen card.
