Magicart — Company is not returning the cancel products amount. | |||||
Magicart is a new company in e-commerce.I have purchased Rs.5000 produts on 31st Oct.The company offered Rs.95K price for selected customers. For claiming price the company personal Satyam Agarwal, Naresh has taken a deposit of Rs.15, 500 for Tax & TDS.They didn't provided any confirmation on it.Then they asked Rs.10, 500 as Holding amount to be paid to release the Price & product. I cancelled the Order due to unfair policy of the company.Asked to cancel my order and refund all the amount. The company personal denied to do so as per their company rules.They did't disclosed any such rules before product purchase. Please help me to get my Rs.20, 500 from this cheat company.Also I would request to cancel the license of this company to avoid people from such kind of frauds. This company is owned by some Deepak Ahluwaliya. I have couple of email from company personal for the reference. I am also a victim of this website..did the purchase and given the money but they are not responding and asking for even more money.
They are not providing the Combo Offer which I purchased from the company.
These are the numbers.
The numbers from which they call are [protected] [protected] [protected], [protected], +[protected], [protected] Please help...
And more surprising is these Mollahs are openly calling and challenging to complain..against them..

Mr.Karan.
I do support Mr. Mothilal Nehru (https://www.consumercomplaints.inmagicart-fake-online-website-top-cheating-website-no-refund-no-product-from-magicart-c1163945) complain. as I have called the numbers provided by him and verified that Mr.Karan is the same guy who acts as agent for Magicart for Fund Transfer.
I would suggest everyone never ever opt for these fraud people and there stories.
