MagicBricks — 10,000 payments to magic bricks and no services received fraudulent activity by magic bricks

I have made the payments to Magic bricks for the premimum plan to sell my 2 BHK Flat but magic bricks did not provided any services, The RM assigned to me do not responds my calls then how can i expect she is responding the calls of the buyers who are interested in my property.

Magic bricks has issued us a tax invoice and have not deposted the GST also, when i asked for the refund the a guy called me named sourabh, and started arguing me and denied to refund the amount, hence this is to request you to please take action against Magic bricks for this type of fraudulent activity and help us to get the refund or else i will be forced to take legal action again Magic Bricks.

Updated by harshit646 Magic bricks has eaten my 10, 000 Rs and have not provided any services they are just saying that we provided the services with out any proofs, their services are very pathetic and customer service is really very worst.
