I had purchased a package with this fraud company during august last year and have been a victim of a fraud which this company is conducting easily and cheating its customers. They promised me to send an emailer product as they had good leads data which they could never give me sampling of nor could they justify that the emailer was sent to the right audience and also they company only specializes in making excuses and only excuses as I have been trying to follow up with them since October for a refund an the only thing their complaints team is mentioning to me is that your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and they shall revert to you. They have still not been able to define to me who is the so called concerned department nor has been able to give me anby status on it since December for which I have been complaining on. Some of their tickets raised by me to point out this complaint are as follow : 519592‏ (August) 543559 (August) 463720‏ (March) 402093‏ (October) Still nothing but only that the so called concerned department will get in touch with you. They only cheat customers and I guess thats how they claim now themselves to be the no. 1 but 99acres is far better rather than advertising with this fraud company. I have resigned from magic bricks on may 1st but still they did not pay my FnF amount. They did not provide any releiving letter also. Contacted with them so many times...They first said it will be done within 60 days but it is more than 3 months and they did nothing...After long request they provided resignation acceptance letter only...Still waiting for my FnF amount and releiving letter. Is there any one who can help me...??...

Dear Sir, Date of Incident: Jan 2015, Ahmedabad We took 4 months service of display of our projects in MagicBricks.com. We gave two months advance money - wrong project uploaded - missed deadlines o[censored]ploading - Very poor and substandard designing. - Basic spelling mistakes/ improper image resolution and ratios - took over 2 months to complete 2 single pages - after completion- uploaded our page for just 15-20 days - started demanding money for balance 2 months. - Despite clear complaints/ email communications/ acceptance of their fault by company, Our project for which 2 months advance money was given was displayed for just 15-20 days. - Senior management sleeping and non-responsive. - All of them just keep asking for more money. Because of delay in their services, we missed our entire marketing campaign which included Outdoor media, print media and radio.

hello, We had purchased a package of magicbricks products and one amongst which was emailer of 10000 of any project listing. So we coordinated with magicbricks team and prepared a format which we had to mail to the target audience of budget Rs. 3 crore to Rs. 7 crore and above for location South Mumbai. As per their claim they said they sent it to the target audience and we received responses which included for a chawl around kurla, properties around Thane and in their response report, it clearly states the client budget as Rs. 10 lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakhs in many of the responses. My query is that if they did not have a database to match the target audience, why do they sell products and fool customers like us as we requested it to resend to the correct database as it was not a part of our target audience which they now refuse and say that this was given complimentary to us as we had purchased a package worth Rs. 70000 / - approx and if that is the case, we would like our money back as we did not get the right product as we clearly paid 70000/- and included 10000 emailer as a part of the product and not as a free product. I would request all not to buy magicbrikcs products as they are fraud and only cheat people as they rather pass on their true leads to their sister concern company timesmoney.com which is also a property consultancy firm and fool property consulatncy firms like us. This is the experience of worst service with Magic Bricks, I paid Rs. 3,500/- on 14th November 2012 for 50 listings through cheque no. 011320 for Rs. 3,500/- drawn on Saraswath Co Operative Bank, Koramangala, to the representative of Magic Bricks, his name is Mr.Shyam, and he said account will be activated in 3 working days, after three days I tried calling him he did not lifted the calls, I tried calling him lot of times he did not attended any calls, on 12th December 2012 he sent me a sms saying that he has been resigned and he given one phone number of Mr.Raghu and told me to call and ask him, I called him he told me that he will sort out the issue. till now he did not given any response to me.It is one off the worst experience with MAGIC BRICKS.Please dont go for MAGIC BRICKS.

Magic bricks kept calling me to upgrade to a paid lisiting on their site and told me how benificial it would be.
i paid the amount required by cheque.
they promised me that within - 4 days i would get a mailer form & emails wd be sent to a huge group of potential customers as identified by them.
Alos i wd be upgraded from free to premium listing

But my free listing was not upgraded by them and it expired
when i saw this i told them & then they realized what had happened. they updated my listing. i lost appx 10 days as their was no listing for this period
the mailer form i was to receive was not sent to me! even on repeated reminders.
finally the mailer form was sent to me. i filled in the required details immediately and sent back to them the same day.
No response from their side. 2 days later they sent me the same for approval. i went thru it & made some changes & approved it. they sent it back to me for approval a few times ( i dont know why they wasted time by sending it again when i hv given FINAL APPROVAL!)
by this time i must hv spoken to at least 8-10 people in various departments. i had made many complaints on their site. they wd tell me we will call back BUT DID NOT. How many times- i cannot tell u !! pathetic service .

finally mailer was approved & ready to send. but they started delaying it & would not tell me of a date. then they told me they wd send it almost a week later. when i strongly objected ( after making many many calls) they gave me an earlier date.

finally the mailer was sent (appx 40 days after they had taken the money!!!!). by now i had lost sooo much valuable time for renting out my property & had told them this on various occasions.
i was told witihn 3 days i wd get the mailer report/status. its been 8 days. their is no reply from them. no email from magic bricks. no call- NOTHING
i called them up & told them about it. as usual some1 is sick, the other person is not on the desk etc etc was told to me. they said they wd call back
NO ONE CALLED BACK ( AS USUAL) . THIS IS A JOKE!! A BAD NIGHTMARE

also from the time i paid them the money i hv not rcvd even 1 query for my property ( its been more than 1. 5 months!!) wat a shock , as during free lisiting i rcvd more than 20 queries in 8-9 days. i told this to them on mail & on phone many many times...no one gave me any reason. i told them there is something wrong for sure. they are not helpful at all. they say it is strange that no queries are coming but no one did anything about it.

i put a property on free lisiting to test out magic bricks using a different account. immediately i am receiving queries in my free account!



very very terrible EXPERIENCE. menatl harrasment !
