MagicBricks — Fraud and harrasment

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against MagicBricks regarding continuous harassment and mis-selling of their services.
I have been receiving repeated unsolicited calls and follow-ups from your representatives despite clearly expressing my disinterest. This persistent communication has caused significant inconvenience and mental distress.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that I was misled regarding the benefits and outcomes of your paid services. The commitments made at the time of purchase were not fulfilled, and the actual service delivered falls far short of what was promised. This amounts to clear mis-selling and unfair trade practices.
I request the following actions to be taken immediately:
Stop all promotional calls and communication with immediate effect.
Initiate a full refund of the amount paid for the services, as they were misrepresented.
Provide a written explanation regarding the misleading information shared by your sales team.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and other appropriate regulatory authorities for further action.
I expect a resolution within 7 working days from the date of this email.
