This mail is regarding the order id 52366159...the sales executive Mr.Suman Jha while taking the package informed me properly that he will extend for one month extra if my property is not sold...after 3 months when I called him for the extension he started to deny his statement and started asking me if I had the call recording ...I sent him the call recording where he have mentioned properly that he will extend but after that also he was not ready to agree...I am attaching the call recording with this mail...kindly go to the 19:25 minutes to the call recording and check that he have mentioned me for one month extension...kindly check and take some strict actions against this type of fake salesman and revert back to me...and I vl surely go to consumer forum with the proof..
