MagicBricks — magic brick ticket id is 1675941, gold package not activated even after regular follow up

I was convinced by magic bricks customer care to purchase gold package for advertising my property on august 28th 2019. But it now even after 40 days it’s not activated, i am fed up calling the customer care and emailing them about package activation or refund my money, magic brick ticket id is 1675941. I never had encountered such pathetic customer care service
