Customer care followed up nicely till payment was made and then very poor service. I had opted for Titanium package on 15.4.19 and was told that photoshoot of property would happen on 17.4.19 and be listed on portal on same day. Till today, they say i will get call for photoshoot in 48 hours (and post then person will come) and then property listed. When i offered to cancel my package, they say its only one way and it cant be cancelled. Very poor and irresponsible service after making payment. I hope founders and private equity investors are noticing this trend. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
