I tried to login to my magicbricks account the error you have exhausted maximum attempts allowed for OTP verification for today.Today only one otp came and when i entered otp attached error came.The error persists since yesterday.I am unable to login toy account.After buying titanium pro benefit the issue has arised.i contacted customer care number[protected].Some RAKESH PATRA(name of customer service executive as provided by him) assisted me and when finally he was unable to resolve my issue told me that you have no issue in your magicbricks account and asked me to make video recording of my mobile phone and send to magicbricks.I can’t understand why i should send sensitive information like video recording of my mobile phone to magicbricks??? The same question i asked him…He told me that if i won’t share the sensitive information my issue will not be resolved.I even asked him to share the email id of magicbricks higher authorities so that i would ask the reason for such type of information sharing but he refused to give me any email id and disconnected the call very rudely.
I have been using different online services since a long time but never felt cheated like this way where my account access is being locked from the very next day of taking Titanium pro subscription in the name of maximum otp reached(where actually otp came once and i used once).Kindly acknowlede my email and reply me why i have been asked to share vidoe recording etc etc and why my account access is locked in the name of maximum otp reached Was this information helpful? |
