I recently paid ₹1200 to Magicbricks for a 90-day Basic Plan. At the time of payment, I was not informed that the plan only allows 10 contact points. This crucial limitation was never mentioned during the sales conversation or in the payment process.
After facing this issue, I contacted customer support and was told that a sales representative named Jagannath had supposedly informed me about this limit, and they claimed to have a call recording as proof. However, when I requested the recording, they refused to share it, raising further doubts.
Moreover, when I reached out regarding this issue, the salesperson casually replied “yes okay” to my concern, which I don’t consider a valid response. There was no proper resolution, empathy, or responsibility shown. It is disappointing to see that Magicbricks aggressively follows up for payments, but shows no accountability once the payment is made.
This kind of misleading strategy to push sales without informing the key terms is completely unethical. Every rupee paid is hard-earned, and I trusted Magicbricks as a reputed platform—only to feel cheated and unsupported.
I request a fair resolution to this matter, including a refund or extension of services, and a proper review of the sales call and process. Was this information helpful? |
