MagicBricks — Money not Refunded as per refund policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have raised the request for refund amount of 4999/- against package purchased on March 2022. As per ticket # 2309912, they asked me to share CIBIL report for further processing of request. I already shared the CIBIL report and relevant information on 19th September 2022. But till date, I didn't hear back from them and no one is responding over mail or phone.

I also tried to reach out relationship Manager Poonam and Niranjan Singh over their mobile number [protected] but never responded.

Really very bad experiece with MagicBricks support team as well as no assistance or well cultured service provided by them once you paid them.
