MagicBricks — My listing not listed correctly - customer service not responding

I subscribed to TITANIUM rental listing package on Jan 15 and had several issues with the listing. I raised a ticket #2961841 and no one cares to help on this. Its almost a month waiting and so far no response.

My listing is not visible to anyone and I cannot change location. No one from Magic Bricks cares to photo shoot
The customer support chat doesn't work
The Whatsapp help doesn't work
The customer service email - no one responds
With this experience, I lost time and rental since the package signup. If #MagicBricks doesnt want to provide service. I asked them to refund and as expected no response.
