My property id 37372975 which i have posted on 10th of october and valid up to 9th of december '2018...
When tenants expressed interest on our property i get message from your web site but unable to contact tenants for which when i checked with your customer service they said although there is validity of my property viewers up to 9th december, 2018 i am not in a position to access tenants details... I am surprised to hear this because when i opted bronmze adv which is clearly says its for 60 days if that is so, why your system hidden tenants contacts information which is totally not correct... I am your oldest customer and if this is how your customer support works than we have no option to go with other service provider... Its like cheating the customer..
I would like this issue to be explained to me other wise i don't mind in escalating this issue to the consumer grievances...
For the last one week i am not getting any response from tenants but i am getting messages for the interest expressed by tenants on our property which is of no use to send such messages when we are not in a position to access their contact information..
Please expedite the matter by end of the day
