I have taken a Money Back Subscription for Property ID: 58839321 on 26th Jan 2022. As per policy if Magic Brisk can't find a tenant before me with in 90 days then money will be refunded.
I got a tenant out of other community with in 20days of my own and provided them the proof. But no Money back and no response from magic brick even after following up 6 times since last month to TILL DATE.
Also even I took paid subscription other than mail alert they didn't provide any other services that they promised. I am attaching the email Communication and you can see how irresponsible they are even don't feel to response at least once after so many follow up and their call always go to voice mail and they never call back even for paid services. Also they are not even afraid of consumer forum too as they even didn't respond to my 5th mail.
