MagicBricks — No response to calls

Whenever you call Magic Bricks at any time of the day there is no response. I have an issue.
Having taken Titanium package, I am unable to view m property listings. I paid on 4th Feb and till date I have not been able to access. Nobody cares to resolve the issue. Not a single email regarding enquiry is sent.
Want to know if anyone is there to really fix or this is a BOGUS company
