We are from “Royal Crown Realty”, have taken the following package for new project listing which was live from 1st April ‘24.
Guaranteed Lead Pack-600 1, 80, 000/- + 18% GST
We are extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Mr. Tamoghna Ghatak and Mr. Mayukh Mukherjee.
Campaign started on 1st April with all the wrong information. It was quite evident that the contents were not reviewed by Tamoghna before going live. We are not even asked to review the contents.
We sent our feedback on 2nd April proactively, still many of the issues are not taken care. We have again reviewed the details and sent feedback on 23rd April. Still neither those issues have been taken care nor there was an update from his end even after repeated follow up.
We don’t understand why we are not getting basic minimum services, in spite of repeated follow up from our end.
Why it will take more than a month after campaign gone live to correct the issues??
Can you please look into this?
We have further contacted Mr. Mayukh to resolve the issues, he is equally reluctant and careless in resolving all the issues faced by us. Was this information helpful? |
