I have placed my ad for renting out my property under free listing . then I got a call to upgrade by paying rs.2599 to draw many parties. Accordingly I have paid Rs2599 for placing my ad under Gold category on11.02.2021 and got a message that the ad will be activated within 24 hours. But despite lapse of more than 150 hours my ad is still inactive. My close follow up with Sunil kumar, Customer care person, who has contacted me for placing under paid category, for the last 7 days has not yielded any response. further my mail to the contact persons mentioned in your website (c.[protected]@magicbricks.com, m.[protected]@magicbricks.com, [protected]@magicbricks.com) have not evokedany response but returned. further, my messages thru chatbox has not yielded any response too.
finally I have submitted my feedback on 18.02.202 under ticket No.2015804 and await response
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
IN THE MEANWHILE I REQUEST YOUR RESPONSE FOR THE FOLLOWING
1. WHAT IS THE POLICY OF THE COMPANY TO PLACE AD AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT. PLEASE INFORM.
2. WHY COMPANY IS NOT ISSUING ANY INVOICE FOR PAYMENT RECEIVED
3. WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM OF THE COMPANY AND WHY THE SAME IS NOT PUBLISHED ANYWHERE IN THE WEBSITE
4. WHY DO YOU STATE IN YOUR WEBSITE THAT OUR AD WILL BE ACTIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS WHEN YOU COULD NOT ADHERE TO IT
5. SINCE I AM FED UP WITH THE RESPONSE OF THE COMPANY AND MY AD IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED, I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE MONEY I HAVE PAID (RS.2599/-)
6. KINDLY INFORM ME THE EMAIL ID OF MR. SUDHIR PAI, CEO OF THE COMPANY FOR SENDING THE FEEDBACK
