MagicBricks — Original Hard copy of Rent Agreement drafted not being provided

I had availed services of digital rent agreement drafting from Magic Bricks. However, as my company HR policy, I am required to submit notarised copy of the agreement. Hence I am requesting magic bricks to provide the original hard copy of the rent agreement. I am ready to pay the charges for courier also. But they are not providing the same as they claim that the service has expired now.
