MagicBricks — package not activate even after 3 days of estimated time, now asked for refund got no support

I received a email from your end, sharing screenshot of the same below, i gone through the provided link & did the payment process by using net banking facility, after completion the process i got reply from your end towards successful payment, which i already shared with you,
Here sharing my bank statement details for your reference,
If still any problem occurred to rectify it, request you to please transfer the amount which i paid towards activation process.
