MagicBricks — Paid subscription not activated and Services not provided

I recently took up a titanium sunscription with magic bricks. This has not been updated. It still appears as if i have not paid for it. One of the senior managers at Magic Bricks confirmed they have received my payment. I have lodged a ticket with them and i got ticket number Ticket #2254683 stating it is resolved.. But it is not resolved And I am having no response to emails and I am not able to ring them.. They have taken my money and now not wanting to provide the services that they promise to deliver.. This is a big Fraud... Please get them to contact me on +[protected]
