MagicBricks — Premium Membership

I have been very disappointed with the type of services you are providing. I purchased your premium service package in which your company policies assured me that I will get 40 contact owners and personalized help from Relationship Manager.
But instead what happened was that your relationship manager didn’t called me for the first few days after I bought your premium service package. When I was fed up after calling owners and getting rejected for reasons like:-
- The property is already rented out.
- The property is available/preferable only for family.

Then I came to realize that there is no use o[censored]sing your premium services, because in some properties before buying your premium package you guys showed me that photos will be available once I purchase the premium package, but that is not the case there were still same and many properties which do not have any images of the property.

Here I’m providing you main reasons due to which I am asking for refund:-
- Misinformation about the property as a service provider you should provide us right properties and details of the property.
- If the property is only available for family than it should be mentioned beforehand only.
- If the property is already rented out than it should be removed from your website/application.
- If you provide the option of sharing the feedback about the property, than it should work. Because your share feedback about the property is not working. I did not get any points back after giving feedback means there was no reimbursement of owners contact I can contact. Than only I contacted your customer care about the issue but they also can not resolve the issue.
- Your customer care could not help me in that issue.
- If you assure the customer the service of relationship manager than please do provide when it is helpful, because your relationship manager contacted me after one and a half week, and she also provided me all the rented out properties.
- So, relationship manager was also of no use.
- Additionally I have only contacted 20+ properties of owners but your app is showing 30+ properties.

Henceforth, these are the issues which are seriously to be undertaken. I requested for refund and I am waiting to get my refund as soon as possible.
Be a good service provider rather than being using the customer.
